This is a personal account of my experience with the Bates Method of Vision training, plus some additional data.
The idea is that the eyes, like, let's say, the legs, can heal, and that vision can be improved with simple exercises. Normally we think eyes have conditions that can be corrected with lens i.e. glasses, and they can, but what if you could be restored to near perfect vision without glasses? And we can learn how to ease into seeing instead of straining to see. Many of our vision issues can be related to schools, and now, being older, we can relearn some habits that led to our impaired vision, and change them.
